Once a report has been generated you have several sharing options for users with existing access or sharing with the public.

Sharing a Report

When viewing a newly created or saved report, use the share button in the report toolbar for sharing options

Notice that the public sharing link must be enabled first

Share Internal Link

By default, some workspace and project members already have access and you can just copy and share the internal link

• Workspace Owners & Admins: Already have full access to all reports, just share internal secure report URL

• Project Owner & Managers: Already have full access to reports in this project, just share internal secure report URL

Share Public Link

To share the report publicly, edit the report settings and toggle "Report Visibility" from Private to Public.

Then copy the new URL and click Save Changes

Confirm the report is public

When saved, you'll notice the globe icon next to publicly shared reports now.

Note: When logged in, you'll get a footer to return to your dashboard
